At Privascape, we want you to love your new privacy panels! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The panels must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at Privascapepanels@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the panels back.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error.
Refunds:
- After we receive the returned panels, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your panels arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
