Returns

At Privascape, we want you to love your new privacy panels! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The panels must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Privascapepanels@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the panels back.
  3. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

Refunds:

  • After we receive the returned panels, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your panels arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
